Heinnsof / Scam and Fraud Alert

Scam and Fraud Alert

Last updated: May 2025

Heinnsof is aware of fraudulent communications being issued by individuals falsely claiming to represent our firm. Please read this page carefully before responding to any unsolicited communication.

What we have identified

We have been made aware of fraudulent emails, letters, and social media messages being circulated by individuals falsely claiming to be representatives of Heinnsof. These communications typically offer fictitious employment opportunities, investment schemes, or advisory retainers in exchange for a fee or personal information.

Heinnsof does not send unsolicited communications offering paid positions or investment opportunities. We do not request upfront fees, bank account details, or personal identification documents from individuals who have not formally engaged our services.

How to identify fraudulent communications

Genuine communications from Heinnsof will always come from an email address ending in @heinnsof.com. Any email from a different domain — including variations such as @heinnsof.co, @heinnsof-advisory.com, or similar — is not from us.

  • Our legitimate email domain is @heinnsof.com only
  • We do not communicate via WhatsApp, Telegram, or personal social media profiles on behalf of the firm
  • We do not offer "advance fee" recruitment processes or request payment for application processing
  • Legitimate job applications are only accepted through our official Careers page
  • We will never ask you to send money or provide bank details to receive services

What to do if you receive a suspicious communication

If you receive a communication that you believe may be fraudulent and is impersonating Heinnsof, please do not respond to it, do not click any links contained in it, and do not provide any personal or financial information.

Please report the communication to us at security@heinnsof.com, including a copy of the message or a screenshot. You should also report the matter to your local law enforcement authority and, where relevant, to your national financial regulator.

Contacting Heinnsof

If you are uncertain whether a communication from someone claiming to represent Heinnsof is genuine, please contact us directly through the contact details on our official website — heinnsof.com. Do not use contact details provided in the suspicious communication itself.
