ABOUT US

Our Governance

The governance structures that ensure Heinnsof operates with integrity, independence, and the highest professional standards on every mandate we undertake.

GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK

How We Maintain Standards

01
Advisory Board
Heinnsof is supported by an independent Advisory Board comprising senior figures from the energy infrastructure sector, institutional investment, and regulatory policy. The Advisory Board meets quarterly to review firm strategy, governance standards, and mandate quality — providing independent oversight of the firm's operations and professional conduct.
02
Conflicts of Interest Policy
All potential conflicts of interest are screened at mandate intake through a formal conflicts clearance process. Heinnsof maintains a live conflicts register and operates a strict information barrier framework to prevent the flow of commercially sensitive client information between concurrent engagements. Where a conflict cannot be cleared, we do not accept the mandate.
03
Client Confidentiality
Client confidentiality is the foundation of our model. All mandate teams operate under strict NDA. No client information — including the identity of our clients, the nature of mandates, or the content of advice — is ever disclosed to third parties without explicit client consent. Our data security infrastructure is maintained to ISO 27001 equivalent standards.
04
Quality Standards
Every deliverable produced by Heinnsof is subject to a formal quality review process before client presentation. Senior partner sign-off is required on all technical analyses, strategic recommendations, and programme management outputs. We maintain a structured lessons-learned programme to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of our advisory work.
